The Oriental Institute Museum galleries display only a fraction of the Institute's collection of ancient artifacts. Under the watch and care of Oriental Institute Registrars, many of the Museums' 300,000 artifacts reside behind closed doors in the storerooms of the Institute. Associate Level Members are welcome to join the Registrars for a special tour of these rarely seen spaces, view never displayed collection treasures and learn about recent improvements to Registration and artifact housing that ensure the health and safety of the collection for years to come.
This is an exclusive, Associate Level Members' event and an RSVP is required.
