EGYPT: Cairo - Copying Coffin Texts in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo. Mrs. Nina M. Davies, Dr. Alan H. Gardiner, Professor James Henry Breasted, Dr. Ludlow S. Bull, and Mr. Norman de Garis Davies began work on copying inscriptions from Middle Kingdom coffins that had been set up in an empty gallery of the Cairo Museum for the Coffin Texts Project in 1923.
